Anywhere Integrated Services is seeking a Regional Support Specialist to join our Coldwell Banker branch in Truckee, CA. This is a full-time, on-site position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced real estate environment and is ready to be the operational backbone of our team.

About the Role

As Regional Support Specialist with Anywhere Integrated Services in Truckee, Nevada County, you'll be the central operations hub for our branch office. You'll support our agents and branch leadership by handling the administrative and logistical tasks that keep our office running efficiently and our team focused on closing deals. Working closely with agents, branch leaders, and our marketing team, you'll ensure that processes run smoothly while contributing to the strategic growth of our regional operations.

What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to real estate agents and branch management
• Coordinate scheduling, calendar management, and client communications
• Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
• Manage office procedures and maintain organized record-keeping systems
• Assist with training and onboarding of new team members
• Handle vendor relationships and office logistics
• Contribute to the overall success and efficiency of the Truckee branch office

What We're Looking For

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
