Join Deloitte's Strategy & Transactions practice as a Real Estate Technology Service Now/Nuvolo Senior Consultant in Boston. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting enterprise-scale real estate transformation and technology implementation initiatives for leading organizations across North America.

About the Role

As a Senior Consultant specializing in real estate technology platforms, you'll drive digital transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 and mid-market clients. Your deep expertise in ServiceNow and Nuvolo solutions will be central to designing and implementing systems that streamline operations, enhance asset management, and unlock measurable value. You'll translate complex business requirements into scalable technology strategies and guide clients through end-to-end platform deployments.

What You'll Do

• Lead solution design and technical advisory for real estate platform implementations using ServiceNow and Nuvolo
• Partner with client C-suite and operational leadership to define technology roadmaps and transformation strategy
• Oversee system configuration, customization, integration, and go-live execution
• Develop process optimization and operational efficiency improvements across real estate portfolios
• Guide organizational change management, user adoption, and capability building
• Support M&A activities including real estate due diligence and post-acquisition platform consolidation
• Collaborate with valuations, infrastructure, and corporate real estate specialists to deliver integrated solutions

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in real estate operations, management consulting, technology implementation, or business transformation
• Hands-on expertise implementing or supporting ServiceNow and/or Nuvolo platforms
• Strong knowledge of corporate real estate management, property workflows, and real estate technology ecosystems
• Proven stakeholder leadership and communication skills in complex, multi-party engagements
• Track record delivering results on large-scale transformation initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information systems, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in the Boston area
