About the Role
This full‑time position reports to the restaurant management team and acts as the shift supervisor when managers are off‑site. You will receive the tools and training necessary to lead effectively in a fast‑paced dining environment.
What You'll Do
- Oversee restaurant floor activities during assigned shifts, ensuring service standards are met.
- Direct and coach team members, handling scheduling, task delegation, and performance feedback.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures in line with company policies.
- Assist with inventory checks, cash handling, and end‑of‑shift reporting.

- Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage order timing and food quality.
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Pleasant Corners location.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or retail supervisory role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tasks.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems quickly.
