Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with K-12 students at a school-based position in Manor, New Castle County, Delaware. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed SLP or Clinical Fellow to make a meaningful impact on student communication and language development.
About the Role
This full-time Speech-Language Pathology position operates on a standard school-year schedule with 37.5 hours per week. The assignment runs from August 24, 2026 through June 11, 2027, working with students across all grade levels from kindergarten through 12th grade in a school-based setting.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for referred students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and speech-language goals aligned with student needs and district standards
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services in classroom, pull-out, and collaborative settings
- Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies based on data and clinical outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, administrators, and families to support student communication development
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation and records as required by school district policies
- Participate in school-based professional development and team meetings
What We're Looking For
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Prior experience working as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (preferred)
- Strong clinical skills in assessment and evidence-based intervention techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with school teams
- Commitment to supporting diverse student populations and inclusive education practices
