About the Role

As a Bartender at StaffedUp, you'll be the face behind the bar, creating memorable experiences for every guest while efficiently managing orders and maintaining a polished, organized station. This part-time position in Overland Park, Johnson County offers the chance to showcase your bartending skills and personality in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Engage warmly with guests, making them feel welcome and maintaining a professional, welcoming atmosphere
• Execute food and beverage menu items with accuracy and efficiency, responding confidently to customer requests
• Operate the Toast POS system to process orders and payments smoothly and accurately
• Set up your bar station before service, ensuring all glassware, tools, and supplies are stocked and ready
• Perform general bar preparation and maintenance throughout your shift to keep equipment and the workspace clean and organized
• Break down and thoroughly clean your station at the end of service, leaving everything ready for the next shift

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Bartender or demonstrated bartending skills
• Ability to work efficiently and stay accurate under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus; willingness to learn is essential
