About the Role

As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you'll architect campaigns that connect earning opportunities with the communities who need them most — whether they're exploring remote work, side hustles, or alternative income streams.

What You'll Do

• Build and execute digital marketing campaigns designed to reach gig workers, freelancers, and side hustlers
• Develop growth strategies across channels including social media, email, content, and paid acquisition
• Partner with product and operations to align marketing messaging with user needs and platform capabilities
• Track campaign performance through analytics and adjust tactics based on acquisition and engagement data
• Create messaging that resonates with independent earners seeking surveys, gig jobs, remote work, and financial tools
• Identify high-potential user segments and communities in the gig economy for targeted outreach

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or user acquisition with B2C or community platforms
• Strong skills in marketing analytics, experiment design, and interpreting performance data
• Working knowledge of social media marketing, email platforms, and marketing automation systems
• Excellent writing and communication abilities
