Tenet Healthcare is hiring a Radiology Tech at our Clint location in El Paso County. This full-time position offers the opportunity to play a vital role in patient care by operating diagnostic imaging equipment and assisting physicians in providing accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.

About the Role

As a Radiology Technician with Tenet Healthcare in Clint, you'll operate radiographic equipment to capture diagnostic images that guide clinical decisions. Working under the direction of licensed physicians, you'll apply your technical expertise to serve patients across all age groups—from newborns to elderly individuals—with skill, precision, and compassion. This position offers meaningful independence paired with the support of an experienced healthcare team.

What You'll Do

• Operate diagnostic x-ray and radiographic imaging equipment according to physician orders and established protocols
• Position and immobilize patients safely to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
• Apply radiation protection measures and maintain current knowledge of safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of imaging procedures and patient information
• Prepare equipment, supplies, and work areas for procedures
• Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and clinical staff
• Demonstrate competency in assigned technical skills and imaging modalities

What We're Looking For

• Current Radiology Technician certification or eligibility to obtain certification
• Valid radiologic technologist license or ability to obtain one in Texas
• Knowledge of radiographic techniques and patient care principles
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to image quality
• Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations
• Professional communication and teamwork skills
• Physical capability to perform technical duties, including standing for extended periods
