As a Business Loan Officer, you'll drive growth by developing and managing new commercial lending relationships. This position sits at the heart of the bank's mission to support businesses in the community.

What You'll Do

• Source and develop new commercial and small business lending opportunities
• Evaluate loan applications and financial information to assess creditworthiness and lending risk
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Prepare loan proposals and documentation for underwriting and approval
• Guide clients throughout the loan process
• Manage and monitor an active loan portfolio
• Meet or exceed sales and profitability targets

• Proven experience in commercial or business lending, loan origination, or business development
