Contact Government Services is seeking a full-time Portuguese Document Review Attorney to join our legal services team. If you bring fluency in Portuguese, strong document review expertise, and proficiency with industry-standard legal technology platforms, we'd like to hear from you.
About the Role
You'll perform detailed document review and analysis for client engagements, managing large document sets with precision and care. This position requires you to apply established legal review protocols while working within specialized electronic review environments. Your work will directly support compliance, discovery, and privilege assessment efforts across multiple client matters.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive document review in Portuguese, identifying and categorizing materials according to privilege, responsiveness, and relevance criteria
- Execute document review workflows including privilege assessments, redaction identification, and responsive document marking
- Perform conceptual and manual document searching to locate responsive materials within large databases
- Participate in first and second review phases, ensuring quality assurance and consistency across document batches
- Navigate electronic document review platforms including Relativity, Concordance, and other industry-standard software
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail while managing high-volume review tasks
- Collaborate with legal teams and project managers to meet review deadlines and quality standards
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Portuguese (reading and writing)
- Demonstrated experience with document review workflows and legal review protocols
- Practical experience with electronic discovery and document review platforms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex document sets
- Familiarity with legal concepts related to privilege, confidentiality, and document responsiveness
- Ability to work independently and meet strict quality standards
- Full-time availability
