About the Role

This position provides essential operational support for our Boiling Springs and Spartanburg restaurant locations. You'll work closely with our Chief Operating Officer and Operating Partner to manage payroll coordination, financial documentation, administrative systems, and day-to-day operational support that keeps both restaurants running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records
• Support financial tracking, reconciliation, and reporting for both locations
• Manage administrative communications and scheduling across locations
• Maintain and organize operational documentation and filing systems
• Handle general office administration and data entry
• Provide direct support to senior management on strategic projects and initiatives
