About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician with Irt Management, you'll be the skilled professional responsible for keeping our property running smoothly. Working on a full-time basis, you'll handle both scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs, ensuring every resident enjoys a safe, comfortable home. You'll manage a variety of systems and resolve issues quickly while maintaining our high standards of property care.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical components, and appliances
• Respond to resident maintenance requests and service calls in a timely, professional manner
• Conduct routine inspections of common areas, grounds, and building systems
• Execute minor repairs and coordinate with outside contractors for specialized work
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and parts inventory
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in related building maintenance roles
