About This Home Health Aide Role
Arcadia Homecare and Staffing is seeking full-time Home Health Aides to provide direct care and support to clients in their homes throughout Liberty Township and the surrounding Butler County area. As an in-person caregiver on our team, you'll help individuals maintain their independence and quality of life through daily assistance, personal care, and companionship. This is a full-time position with flexible pay options—choose weekly or daily payment schedules at up to $18 per hour.
What You'll Do
- Provide personal hygiene assistance and activities of daily living (ADL) support
- Help with mobility, transferring, and light household tasks
- Monitor client health and comfort, reporting changes to supervisors
- Offer emotional support and companionship
- Follow care plans and respect client dignity and independence
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with the care team
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion, reliability, and a commitment to quality care
- Willingness to work in clients' homes and adapt to different environments
- Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or willingness to obtain it is preferred
