About the Role
As an Oil Change Team Member, you'll be the backbone of our quick-service automotive maintenance operation. You'll perform oil changes, fluid top-offs, and inspections while keeping customers informed and comfortable. This hands-on position combines technical skill with genuine customer care in a fast-paced, organized environment.
What You'll Do
- Perform efficient, professional oil changes and filter replacements on vehicles of all types
- Conduct courtesy vehicle inspections and communicate findings clearly to customers
- Maintain accurate service records and track inventory of fluids, filters, and supplies
- Keep the service bay clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Build rapport with customers and address questions about maintenance needs
- Follow all company procedures and safety protocols to ensure quality workmanship
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand tools
- Strong communication skills and genuine interest in customer service
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and work under vehicles safely
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team in a collaborative shop environment
- Previous automotive or quick-service experience is a plus but not required
