Robert Half is seeking an experienced Transactional Attorney to join its team in Castle Rock, Douglas County, Colorado. As a strategic legal advisor, you'll guide clients through complex business transactions, regulatory matters, and real estate decisions in a role that demands both technical legal expertise and pragmatic business acumen.

About the Role

This full-time position focuses on transactional legal work across multiple practice areas. You'll provide counsel to clients navigating special district regulatory frameworks, commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, land use and zoning matters, and corporate transactions. Success in this role means synthesizing legal principles with business realities, helping clients make informed decisions aligned with their strategic objectives and timelines.

What You'll Do

• Advise clients on special district compliance, governance structures, and regulatory requirements
• Handle commercial real estate matters including purchase agreements, financing arrangements, and title matters
• Guide clients through land use, zoning, and development permitting processes
• Manage corporate transactions including entity formation, restructuring, and acquisitions
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents and agreements
• Conduct due diligence and legal research on matters affecting client interests
• Communicate complex legal concepts clearly to clients with varying levels of legal knowledge
• Manage multiple matters simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail and deadlines

What We're Looking For

• Active Colorado law license and several years of transactional practice experience
• Demonstrated expertise in commercial real estate, corporate law, or municipal and special district law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to balance technical legal rigor with practical business considerations
• Professional demeanor and collaborative working style
• Familiarity with Colorado legal issues and regulatory landscape preferred
