BAH Express is actively recruiting experienced Class A CDL drivers for over-the-road (OTR) positions serving our expansive 13-state transportation network. About the Role

As a Class A CDL OTR Driver with BAH Express, you'll operate our assigned equipment across a regional multi-state route network. This full-time position offers predictable home time—returning weekly rather than facing extended stretches away from your family and community.

What You'll Do

• Operate Class A CDL equipment safely across multi-state routes in our 13-state service territory
• Transport no-touch freight, minimizing manual load handling and reducing physical strain
• Maintain your assigned equipment in compliance with DOT regulations and company standards
• Meet all scheduled pickups and deliveries on time without exceptions
• Accept all planned loads to maximize weekly mileage and earnings potential
• Follow safety protocols and maintain an excellent driving record

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Proven over-the-road driving experience
• Strong safety record and on-time delivery history
• Willingness to accept all assigned loads for consistent weekly income
• Commitment to maintaining assigned equipment in excellent working condition
• Ability to work full-time schedules with weekly home time

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay: $0.65 per mile
• Performance tier: Earn $0.70 per mile on all weekly miles when exceeding 2,851 miles
• Guaranteed minimum weekly pay: $1,300 (when all conditions are met)
• Assigned equipment—no owner-operator concerns
• Weekly home time—return to the Kingston area each week
