Associate Director, Field Strategy, Nephrology

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is hiring an Associate Director, Field Strategy, Nephrology in Mongmong-Toto-Maite in a full-time role where you'll drive strategic field execution and enable sales team performance in the nephrology market.

About the Role

As Associate Director, Field Strategy for our Nephrology division, you'll play a pivotal role in enabling sales execution. You'll ensure that field teams have the clarity, insights, and strategic tools they need to drive performance and achieve key business objectives. This position is critical for translating brand strategy into effective field operations.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute field strategy initiatives that support nephrology brand objectives and market opportunities
• Create and maintain analytics dashboards and reporting tools to track field performance and key metrics
• Work with field leaders and sales teams to identify strategic priorities, gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Design field enablement programs that provide competitive insights and market intelligence to sales representatives
• Analyze market data and field feedback to inform strategic decisions and tactical adjustments
• Collaborate across marketing, medical, and commercial functions to ensure strategy alignment and execution
• Support business planning and quarterly reviews with data-driven insights and recommendations

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, life sciences, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in field strategy, sales operations, business analytics, or pharmaceutical field roles
• Demonstrated proficiency with data analytics platforms, reporting tools, and dashboard development
• Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into clear, actionable strategic recommendations
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries, with specialty care or nephrology background preferred
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail
