BILINGUAL HR REPRESENTATIVE (ENGLISH/SPANISH)

Speedling Inc seeks an experienced Bilingual HR Representative (English/Spanish) to join our full-time team in Ruskin, Hillsborough County. This role provides meaningful support to a diverse workforce and serves as a bridge between our management and employees in both English and Spanish-speaking communities.

About the Role

As a Bilingual HR Representative, you will deliver frontline human resources support to our growing organization. You'll manage employee communications, coordinate HR processes, and ensure our diverse team receives the guidance and support they need. Your bilingual fluency will be essential in fostering an inclusive workplace where all team members feel valued and heard.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary HR contact for employee inquiries in English and Spanish
• Manage new hire onboarding and exit procedures
• Assist with recruitment, candidate screening, and hiring coordination
• Maintain and organize employee records, ensuring compliance with HR documentation standards
• Support benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR systems management
• Communicate personnel policies and workplace procedures to bilingual staff members
• Document and help resolve employee concerns and workplace matters
• Collaborate with department managers on staffing needs and employee relations

What We're Looking For

• Prior HR experience or demonstrated competency in human resources functions
• Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information
• Comfort with HR software, databases, and standard office applications
• Familiarity with employment law and HR compliance requirements
• Self-directed work style with strong collaboration and teamwork
