Retail Event Marketer

Join Stronghouse as a Retail Event Marketer, based in Hudson, Middlesex County. This full-time position offers the chance to drive customer engagement and sales through dynamic in-store events and retail activation campaigns that bring our home exterior products to life.

About the Role

As Retail Event Marketer, you'll own the strategy and execution of promotional events, product demonstrations, and customer engagement activities across retail locations. You'll work directly with store partners, sales teams, and marketing leadership to create memorable experiences that educate customers about roofing, siding, windows, and other home improvement solutions while building brand loyalty and driving qualified leads.

What You'll Do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute retail events, product launches, and in-store promotions in partnership with retail locations and store managers
• Develop event marketing collateral, signage, digital assets, and promotional messaging that resonates with homeowners and contractors
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless on-site execution
• Track event attendance, customer feedback, and conversion metrics to measure success and inform future campaigns
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align retail events with broader brand initiatives and seasonal campaigns
• Build relationships with retail partners and identify new venues or opportunities for brand activation
• Create content and outreach materials that drive foot traffic and engagement before, during, and after events

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of event marketing, retail marketing, or similar field marketing experience
• Proven ability to plan and execute events from conception through completion
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency
• Comfort working on-site, managing logistics, and troubleshooting in real time
• Experience with event promotion, customer engagement, or retail partnerships preferred
• Proficiency with standard marketing and productivity tools; comfort learning new software
