The Recruitment Relationship Manager (Talent Pool) serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers, owning the complete recruitment lifecycle and ensuring we deliver top talent to fill critical business needs. Reporting to the Recruitment Operations Manager, you'll combine relationship-building excellence with operational expertise to elevate our recruitment function and support sustainable business growth.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary recruitment contact for hiring managers, understanding their talent needs and providing strategic guidance on hiring timelines and candidate sourcing
• Lead the end-to-end fulfillment process for open positions, from requisition intake through candidate selection and closure
• Build and maintain a robust talent pool, actively nurturing candidate relationships and enabling rapid response to new hiring opportunities
• Champion best practices across the recruitment lifecycle, identifying and implementing process improvements
• Represent Allegis Global Solutions as an ambassador for recruitment excellence, delivering a positive experience to hiring managers and candidates alike
• Collaborate with recruitment operations and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize hiring outcomes
