Bpg Real Estate Service is hiring a full-time Leasing Consultant to join our team at our William Penn Annex East location in Philadelphia County. About the Role
As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the welcoming face of our community, building relationships with prospective residents from their first inquiry through move-in. Your interpersonal skills and ability to listen will directly shape our residents' first impression and drive our leasing success.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and greet prospective residents, learning their needs and preferences
- Conduct engaging property tours, highlighting unit features, amenities, and community benefits
- Answer questions about lease terms, floor plans, pricing, and move-in requirements in clear, friendly language
- Qualify applicants to ensure fit with community standards and requirements
- Guide residents through the application and lease-signing process
- Follow up with leads to address concerns and help close lease agreements
- Maintain accurate records and keep our leasing pipeline organized
- Develop lasting relationships that contribute to resident satisfaction and retention
What We're Looking For
- Genuine passion for helping people find their next home
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Natural ability to connect with diverse personalities and build trust
- Organized, detail-oriented approach to managing applications and paperwork
- Willingness to learn our systems and processes quickly
- Ability to work a consistent full-time schedule, including some evenings and weekends
- Previous customer service experience valued (service industry background a plus, but not required)
