About the Role

As Senior IT Program Manager at Jobot, you'll oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of critical IT programs and projects that support business operations and technology innovation. Working in Inglewood, you'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage program budgets and timelines, and ensure all initiatives align with organizational strategy and deliver measurable results.

What You'll Do

• Direct end-to-end program management for IT infrastructure, software deployment, and technology integration initiatives
• Develop detailed project plans, identify milestones, and track progress against KPIs to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Lead and coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders across the organization
• Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve roadblocks, and adapt strategies as business needs evolve
• Communicate program status, outcomes, and recommendations to executive leadership
• Drive process improvements and best practices in program and project management

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of IT program or project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-phase programs with cross-functional dependencies
• Expertise in program management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred)
• Strong proficiency with project management tools and enterprise software platforms
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage budgets, analyze metrics, and drive data-informed decisions
• Experience in technology, software deployment, or infrastructure environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
