Manager, Property

Cantor Fitzgerald is seeking a Property Manager for a full-time position managing our Grand Central office property in Manhattan. In this pivotal role, you'll develop and execute comprehensive building strategies that ensure operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and alignment with company objectives.

About the Role

As Property Manager, you'll be the driving force behind building performance and management, overseeing all aspects of facility operations to create a professional, safe, and well-maintained environment. You'll balance the competing demands of tenant relations, building infrastructure, regulatory compliance, and cost management while advancing Cantor Fitzgerald's operational standards.

What You'll Do

• Develop, implement, and refine building policies, procedures, and management programs
• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, maintenance scheduling, and capital improvement projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, responding promptly to concerns and ensuring their needs are addressed
• Manage health, safety, and environmental compliance programs across the property
• Coordinate with building systems, contractors, and vendors to maintain property quality standards
• Monitor and control operating budgets, maintenance costs, and resource allocation
• Work collaboratively with ownership to align property management with broader organizational goals

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing office or commercial properties in a full-time capacity
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance protocols, and property operations
• Excellent tenant relations and communication skills
• Proficiency with health, safety, and environmental regulations and compliance
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective policies and procedures
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
