What You'll Do

• Oversee the creation of on‑brand copy for email, social media, website, print, and multimedia platforms.
• Manage direct engagement with the Joel Osteen Ministries audience and Lakewood Church members, responding to inquiries and fostering community connection.
• Guide a team of writers through brainstorming, drafting, editing, and approval processes to maintain quality and consistency.
• Develop and execute communication plans that support events, campaigns, and outreach initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics and audience feedback to refine messaging strategies and improve impact.
• Uphold editorial standards, style guides, and compliance requirements across all published materials.
• Collaborate with design, video, and production teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
