About the Role

As a Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney, you'll handle complex personal injury cases through the critical pre-litigation phase. This position bridges initial client intake and case development, where your legal expertise, attention to detail, and negotiation skills directly influence case outcomes and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate personal injury claims, assess liability and damages, and determine litigation readiness
• Conduct discovery, subpoena medical and accident records, and organize case documentation
• Draft demand letters, settlement proposals, and pre-suit correspondence with opposing counsel
• Coordinate with medical experts, investigators, and clients throughout case preparation
• Negotiate pre-litigation settlements to resolve eligible cases efficiently
• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding case strategy, timelines, and expectations
• Manage case files, deadlines, and filing requirements to ensure compliance and continuity

What We're Looking For

• Licensed to practice law in Texas
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law, tort liability, and damage assessment
• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively
