About the Role
As Construction Administrator, you'll oversee daily site operations and ensure seamless execution across federal healthcare construction programs. Your work directly impacts project quality, safety, and compliance—critical factors in healthcare facility delivery where standards are uncompromising.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate site activities, inspections, and quality assurance throughout construction phases
- Maintain detailed project documentation, daily logs, and compliance records for federal requirements
- Monitor schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to keep projects on track
- Communicate status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders, contractors, and design teams
