RN Long Term Care – PT Night

Good Samaritan is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for our Long Term Care facility in Blackduck, Minnesota. This is a part-time position working night shifts, ideal for nursing professionals looking for flexible hours while making a meaningful impact in senior care.

About the Role

As an RN in our Long Term Care unit, you'll provide direct nursing care to our senior residents during evening and overnight hours. This is a part-time role offering 24 hours per week on 10-hour night shifts, allowing you to balance professional work with personal commitments while delivering compassionate care to those who need it most.

What You'll Do

• Assess and monitor the health and well-being of long-term care residents throughout night shifts
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Respond to resident needs and concerns with prompt, attentive care
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident goals and care plans
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents

What We're Looking For

• Registered Nurse (RN) license, current and in good standing
• Experience or strong interest in long-term care nursing
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a part-time schedule
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to senior care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to maintaining quality care standards
