About the Role
As a Large-Cap Growth Strategy Associate Analyst, you'll support our investment team by conducting fundamental research on publicly traded large-cap companies and contributing to our growth strategy decision-making process. What You'll Do
- Perform in-depth equity research and financial analysis on large-capitalization companies across multiple sectors
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate company valuations, earnings potential, and investment theses
- Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and macroeconomic factors affecting large-cap equities
- Prepare research reports and investment memoranda summarizing findings and recommendations
- Support portfolio managers by tracking company earnings calls, quarterly results, and strategic developments
- Collaborate with senior analysts and investment team members to synthesize market research and investment ideas
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of investment research for regulatory and operational compliance
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field
