SMA Client Account Services Manager

About the Role

As a Client Account Services Manager, you'll serve as a key contact in our SMA operations team, where you'll combine client-facing expertise with operational knowledge. You'll manage day-to-day service delivery for our Separately Managed Account clients, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders. This role is essential to maintaining the quality and efficiency that T. Rowe Price's clients depend on.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage client relationships across our SMA portfolio, responding to inquiries and resolving service requests
• Coordinate with our vended service provider partnerships to ensure seamless middle office operations
• Process and track account-level activities, maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Serve as a liaison between client-facing teams and internal operations, facilitating clear communication
• Address client needs promptly, escalating complex issues to appropriate internal stakeholders
• Contribute to process improvements within the Managed Accounts Service team
