Keystone Pacific Property Management, a leading property management firm based in Irvine, California, is seeking a Full-Time HOA General Manager for our West Hills, Los Angeles County community. This is an on-site leadership role where you'll oversee all operations, drive community engagement, and partner with boards to deliver exceptional service to residents.
About the Role
As General Manager of this homeowners association, you'll be the operational backbone of the community. You'll manage budgets, coordinate vendors, enforce CC&Rs, and serve as the primary liaison between residents, the board, and management staff. This role combines administrative oversight, financial responsibility, and community relationship building in a dynamic, professional environment.
What You'll Do
- Direct day-to-day operations for the HOA, including maintenance coordination, vendor management, and contract administration
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and reserves planning
- Communicate with residents and the board regarding community matters, policies, and decisions
- Enforce governing documents consistently while addressing member concerns professionally
- Oversee common area maintenance, amenities, and capital improvement projects
- Maintain accurate records, prepare financial statements, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Conduct board meetings and manage meeting logistics
- Handle escalated resident issues and mediate disputes
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing HOAs, planned communities, or similar residential properties
- Strong knowledge of California HOA law and governing documents
- Excellent financial acumen and budget management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and ability to remain impartial
- ProTec certification or willingness to obtain it preferred
