About the Role
As a Loan Servicing Specialist at East Harbor, you'll be the backbone of our loan administration operation. You'll own the day-to-day management of borrower accounts, ensuring accurate processing, timely documentation, and seamless account maintenance. Working with secured, asset-backed lending portfolios, you'll balance thoroughness with speed as the company continues to scale.
What You'll Do
- Process loan payments, account adjustments, and account maintenance activities
- Manage borrower communication, responding to inquiries and resolving account questions
- Maintain detailed records and verify loan documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Monitor account status, track key dates, and flag items requiring escalation or follow-up
- Support collections efforts and coordinate with internal teams on account issues
- Reconcile accounts and prepare reports on portfolio performance
- Ensure all work adheres to company policies, lending standards, and regulatory requirements
