Walmart is hiring a full-time Landscape Crew Driver/Technician for our Howell location in Livingston County. We're seeking an experienced professional to join our outdoor maintenance team and keep our grounds in exceptional condition.

About the Role

As a Landscape Crew Driver/Technician in Howell, Livingston County, you'll be essential to Walmart's grounds maintenance operations. In this full-time position, you'll operate landscaping equipment, manage transportation of crew and materials, and ensure our property meets Walmart's standards for appearance and safety. You'll work both independently and as part of a collaborative team to maintain and enhance our landscape.

Your Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain professional landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools
• Transport crew members and equipment to assigned sites efficiently and safely
• Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, mulching, and seasonal plantings
• Inspect grounds for damage, safety concerns, or maintenance needs and report findings
• Perform preventive equipment maintenance and alert supervisors to mechanical issues
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Coordinate with crew leadership to complete projects on schedule and within scope

Qualifications

• Documented experience in landscape maintenance or grounds care work
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Demonstrated ability to safely operate landscaping equipment
• Physical capability to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with team members
• Detail-oriented approach to quality work and customer satisfaction
