The Opportunity

You'll play a critical role in Foster Farms' commitment to excellence by ensuring every product meets our rigorous quality standards. Working the night shift in our cherry processing operations, you'll be the quality guardian—inspecting, testing, and validating products at every stage to maintain the trust consumers place in our brand. This is hands-on quality work where your attention to detail directly protects our reputation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections and quality assessments of processed cherry products throughout production cycles
• Perform testing procedures according to established protocols and document all findings accurately
• Monitor production processes to identify any deviations from quality standards or specifications
• Record inspection data, test results, and observations in required documentation systems
• Report quality issues or concerns to supervisors and support corrective actions
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment that supports quality and food safety standards

Requirements

• Ability to work a full-time night shift schedule in the Calwa facility
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in inspection and documentation
• Reliability and consistent attendance
• Willingness to follow procedures and quality protocols without exception
• Basic communication skills to report findings and coordinate with team members
• Physical capability to stand, move, and inspect products for extended periods
