FSQA Technician I – 2nd shift – Demopolis

Foster Farms is hiring an FSQA Technician I to join our 2nd shift operations in Demopolis, Marengo County. This full-time position offers the chance to ensure food safety and quality assurance standards across our poultry production facility.

About the Role

As an FSQA Technician I, you'll be essential to maintaining the quality and safety of products that reach American families. Working the 2nd shift in our Demopolis plant, you'll perform hands-on inspections, testing, and monitoring to guarantee every product meets our strict quality standards and food safety regulations.

What You'll Do

• Conduct inspections and quality tests on poultry products during production
• Collect samples and run tests to verify compliance with food safety standards
• Document test results and maintain accurate quality records
• Monitor production processes to detect quality or safety issues
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols consistently
• Report findings to supervisors and work with production teams on improvements
• Support food safety initiatives and best practices in the facility

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work 2nd shift schedule consistently and reliably
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
• Willingness to learn FSQA procedures and quality processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
