What This Role Involves

As a Senior Sales Representative, you'll identify and pursue new business opportunities in elevator modernization and installation services. You'll manage a sales territory in the Aiea and Honolulu area, cultivating long-term partnerships with building managers, contractors, and property developers. This role combines consultative selling with strategic planning—you'll assess client needs, propose solutions, and close deals that drive measurable revenue for Mitsubishi Electric US.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
• Identify, prospect, and qualify leads within assigned territory in Honolulu and surrounding areas
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and repeat customers
• Present and demonstrate elevator modernization and new installation solutions to prospective clients
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial consultation through contract negotiation and closure
• Track sales activities and pipeline development using CRM tools
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution

Who We're Looking For

• Proven track record in B2B or technical sales, preferably in construction, building systems, or related industries
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a consultative approach to client relationships
• Results-oriented mindset with demonstrated drive to consistently meet and exceed sales goals
• Territory management experience and comfort with independent client development
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional sales experience
