As a Remodel Sales Consultant, you'll be the trusted advisor homeowners turn to when they're ready to invest in their homes. Your role bridges the gap between customer vision and quality execution, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to dependable service, clear communication, and exceptional craftsmanship.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to understand their remodeling goals, lifestyle needs, and budget parameters
• Conduct thorough home assessments to identify opportunities and present tailored remodeling recommendations
• Prepare detailed project estimates and pricing proposals for kitchen, bath, and general remodeling work
• Build lasting client relationships through transparent communication and expert guidance
• Collaborate with our skilled trade teams to ensure customer expectations align with project execution
• Follow up with completed clients to ensure satisfaction and gather referrals
• Represent A Team Home Services professionally Monday through Friday in Monadale and surrounding areas

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in home services, remodeling, or home improvement
• Strong listening and communication skills—the ability to understand customer needs and explain solutions clearly
• Comfort with home measurement, assessment, and basic construction knowledge, or willingness to develop it
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Professional demeanor and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to work independently and manage your sales pipeline effectively
