Vital Consultoria is seeking a Personnel Analyst to join our team at our US location. This full-time position plays a critical role in our human resources operations, supporting talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational effectiveness.

About This Position

As a Personnel Analyst, you'll be instrumental in building and maintaining our workforce while ensuring strong organizational performance. You'll work on diverse HR initiatives that directly impact employee engagement, retention, and company culture. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, strategic, and genuinely interested in supporting both organizational goals and employee success.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and selection processes for new employees, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding support
• Develop and implement talent retention strategies to improve employee engagement and reduce turnover
• Create and analyze HR reports, performance metrics, and organizational climate assessments
• Monitor, maintain, and update job classification structures and compensation policies
• Support payroll processing activities and coordinate benefits administration for all employees
• Maintain HR databases and documentation in compliance with company standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or personnel management
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and payroll processes
• Proficiency with HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Analytical mindset with ability to work with data and metrics
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
