About This Position

As a Personnel Analyst, you'll be instrumental in building and maintaining our workforce while ensuring strong organizational performance. Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment and selection processes for new employees, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding support
  • Develop and implement talent retention strategies to improve employee engagement and reduce turnover
  • Create and analyze HR reports, performance metrics, and organizational climate assessments
  • Monitor, maintain, and update job classification structures and compensation policies
  • Support payroll processing activities and coordinate benefits administration for all employees
  • Maintain HR databases and documentation in compliance with company standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or personnel management
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and payroll processes
  • Proficiency with HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Analytical mindset with ability to work with data and metrics
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
