About the Role

This position operates on a consistent 12‑hour night shift schedule, totaling approximately 24 hours per week. You will join a dedicated team that supports the health and comfort of older adults while upholding the organization’s Christian‑centered mission of quality service.

What You'll Do

• Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians and care plans.
• Monitor vital signs, assess patient conditions, and document changes accurately.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including mobility, hygiene, and nutrition.
• Communicate observations to registered nurses and physicians to ensure timely interventions.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following infection‑control protocols and safety standards.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families during nighttime hours.

What We're Looking For

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of North Dakota.
• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Experience in long‑term care, rehabilitation, or a similar senior‑care setting is preferred.
• Strong clinical skills, particularly in medication administration and wound care.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts while collaborating effectively with the interdisciplinary team.
• Compassionate attitude, excellent communication, and a commitment to resident dignity.
• Reliability and flexibility to cover scheduled 12‑hour night shifts on a part‑time basis.
