About This Position
As a Batching Operator at Primal Pet Group, you'll be responsible for preparing and processing the carefully formulated raw ingredients that make our pet nutrition products exceptional. This is a hands-on manufacturing role that requires precision, attention to safety, and a commitment to quality at every step of production.
Responsibilities
- Measure and combine raw ingredients according to precise formulations and batch specifications
- Operate batching and mixing equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor batch processes to ensure quality standards are consistently met
- Perform visual and procedural quality checks throughout each batch cycle
- Maintain detailed batch documentation and production records
- Clean and maintain production equipment in accordance with food safety protocols
- Follow all company and regulatory safety procedures for handling food products
- Report any equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors promptly
Who We're Looking For
- Reliable, motivated professionals with strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow written procedures and formulations accurately
- Comfortable working in a production environment with physical demands including standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks
- Basic mathematical skills for measuring and recording batch data

- Manufacturing or food processing experience is a plus, but not required
