Graduate Nurse

About the Role

As a Graduate Nurse, you will support licensed nursing staff while gaining hands‑on experience in a long‑term care setting. What You'll Do

• Assist registered nurses with daily resident care activities, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration support, and personal hygiene assistance.
• Document observations and care interventions accurately in electronic health records.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to help formulate individualized care plans.
• Respond promptly to resident needs, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to foster trust and transparency.

What We're Looking For

• Recent graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, BSN, or equivalent) with active RN licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure shortly.
• Strong foundational knowledge of medical‑surgical and geriatric care principles.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for working with older adults.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain calm under pressure.
• Basic proficiency with electronic medical record systems and standard office software.
