About the Role

This position operates the surveillance infrastructure that protects guests, staff, and assets by observing activity across the casino floor and surrounding areas. The officer works closely with security teams to identify and respond to potential threats in real time.

What You'll Do

• Operate video cameras, monitors, digital recorders, access control systems, computer dispatch, video printers, switches, and related surveillance equipment to capture and record activity throughout the property.
• Continuously observe indoor and outdoor areas for signs of suspicious behavior, health and safety concerns, potential theft, or cheating attempts.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of incidents, ensuring documentation is clear and timely for management and security teams.
• Coordinate with floor security and management when irregularities are detected, providing real‑time information to support rapid response.
• Conduct routine equipment checks to confirm that all surveillance tools are functioning properly and report any malfunctions promptly.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security or surveillance is a plus.
• Proven ability to stay alert and focused during extended shifts, often requiring night, weekend, and holiday work.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to upholding the integrity of the gaming environment.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems and basic computer operations; training will be provided on specific equipment used on site.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with internal teams.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations.
