About the Role

As an Outrider at Casino and in Foxfield, you'll be the visible face of security on our grounds and parking areas. This seasonal, full-time role requires vigilance, professionalism, and a strong commitment to guest safety, property protection, and excellent customer service.

What You'll Do

• Patrol the casino grounds, parking lots, exterior spaces, and perimeter to ensure guest safety and deter unauthorized activity
• Monitor entry and exit points, controlling access and verifying identification when necessary
• Respond promptly to guest requests, security concerns, or incidents and coordinate with management
• Maintain clear communication with security personnel and casino staff throughout your shift
• Report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or operational issues in writing according to casino procedures
• Maintain professional appearance and courteous conduct with guests and team members at all times
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform duties requiring standing for extended periods

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid government-issued photo identification
• Ability to pass a background investigation
• Strong observational and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to work scheduled shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Professional demeanor and customer service mindset
• Prior security, hospitality, or law enforcement experience preferred
