About the Role

As a BCBA you will lead clinical programming within our center‑based setting, ensuring each client receives high‑quality, data‑driven interventions that align with their unique strengths and goals. You will collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to create a supportive environment where play and learning intersect.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments and skill‑based evaluations for each client.
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans using evidence‑based ABA techniques.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and therapy assistants, providing ongoing feedback and professional development.
• Collect and analyze data to track client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Facilitate regular communication with parents and guardians, offering guidance on skill generalization and home‑based support.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state regulations, insurance requirements, and best practice standards.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential from the BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of direct experience providing ABA services to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Proven ability to develop and oversee behavior intervention plans in center‑based or clinic settings.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary staff.
• Proficiency with data collection software and electronic health record systems.
• Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional learning.
