Senior Scheduler, Mission Critical

About the Role

In this position you will be the scheduling authority for mission‑critical facilities such as data centers, hospitals, and research labs. You will partner with project managers, estimators, and field teams to develop realistic baselines, track progress, and identify risks that could impact timely delivery.

What You'll Do

• Create and maintain integrated master schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Perform critical path analysis, float management, and schedule risk assessments
• Generate weekly and monthly schedule updates, variance reports, and forecast updates for stakeholders
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure alignment of sequencing and resource loading
• Facilitate schedule review meetings, capture change orders, and update baselines accordingly
• Support Earned Value Management by linking schedule data to cost performance metrics
• Provide training and guidance to junior schedulers and project engineers on scheduling best practices

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of five years of scheduling experience on large‑scale mission‑critical construction projects
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6; solid working knowledge of Microsoft Project or comparable tools
• Deep understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM), schedule compression techniques, and delay analysis
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly
• Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable presenting schedule information to executives, clients, and trade partners
• Commitment to safety, quality, and collaborative problem‑solving in a fast‑paced environment
