About the Role
This full‑time position focuses on building and managing strategic relationships with key healthcare providers, laboratories, and institutions. You will represent Labcorp’s portfolio of diagnostic testing and specialty services, aiming to expand market share and deepen partnerships within the assigned territory.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and referral generation.
- Maintain accurate activity records and forecast performance using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product specialists, and customer support to deliver tailored solutions.
- Provide product training and clinical insights to customers, ensuring they understand the value of Labcorp’s offerings.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes affecting the diagnostics sector.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in outside sales, preferably within healthcare, diagnostics, or laboratory services.
- Strong ability to cultivate long‑term relationships with C‑level executives, purchasing managers, and clinical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven professional comfortable working independently and traveling throughout the Bergen NJ area.
- Proficiency with sales automation platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
