Nationwide Fixture Installations, a specialty millwork and fixture installation contractor based in Brooklyn, Hennepin County, is seeking an experienced Lead Finish Carpenter to oversee and execute high-quality cabinet, trim, and millwork installations across commercial and retail projects. This is a full-time, traveling position ideal for a detail-oriented craftsperson ready to advance their career in a dynamic environment.

About the Role

As a Lead Finish Carpenter, you'll take ownership of complex millwork and fixture installation projects, managing quality, craftsmanship, and timeline expectations on job sites throughout our service area. You'll combine hands-on carpentry expertise with leadership and coordination skills to deliver polished, professional results that consistently meet our high standards.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the fabrication and installation of custom cabinets and casework in commercial and retail spaces
• Install and finish wall panels, column wraps, and architectural millwork with precision and attention to detail
• Execute standing trim, running trim, and finish carpentry work to exact specifications
• Lead work crews on-site, ensuring quality standards and adherence to project timelines
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide installation and problem-solve in the field
• Inspect finished work and make adjustments to achieve flawless results
• Travel to job sites as needed throughout the region

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma, trade school training in carpentry, or equivalent experience
• Proven expertise in finish carpentry, cabinet installation, and millwork assembly
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to guide and coordinate crew members effectively
• Proficiency reading blueprints, technical specifications, and architectural drawings
