The Opportunity

As a Production Coordinator, you'll be the organizational engine behind our daily broadcasts—managing schedules, coordinating between teams, and ensuring that from pre-production planning through on-air delivery, everything flows on time and on track. Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules and timelines for news broadcasts and programming
• Prepare and manage scripts, rundowns, and production documentation
• Communicate with on-air talent, producers, and technical staff to ensure smooth broadcast execution
• Track video assets, graphics, and production materials throughout the day
• Assist producers with research, pre-production planning, and segment preparation
• Monitor live broadcast operations and alert team members to timing or technical concerns
• Support studio setup and equipment coordination for daily on-air segments
