About the Role

In this leadership position, you'll bring deep expertise in digital advertising strategy and operations, combining hands-on campaign management with strategic oversight. You'll work as a key partner to marketing teams, product leaders, and business stakeholders—driving results at scale while advancing our approach to paid media and sharing best practices across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Design, launch, and continuously optimize paid media campaigns across search, display, social, and video platforms
• Build and execute paid media strategy that aligns with M&T Bank's business priorities
• Own campaign budgets, track ROI and efficiency metrics, and report performance to senior leadership
• Run A/B tests and performance analysis to uncover optimization opportunities
• Partner with creative, analytics, and product teams to achieve campaign objectives
• Lead team development and establish best practices for paid media execution

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience managing paid media on Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and comparable platforms
• Strong data analysis capability and ability to derive strategic insights from campaign performance
• Proficiency in budget stewardship, performance optimization, and cross-platform reporting
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information and influence decision-makers
• Leadership background with success in building and coaching teams
• Strategic thinker who shapes broader marketing approaches, not just executing tactics
