McDonald's seeks an experienced Multi-Unit Restaurant Operations Leader to oversee operational excellence across our growing portfolio of 13 locations throughout upstate New York, based in Fairport, Monroe County. This full-time position offers the opportunity to drive growth, build teams, and shape the customer experience across multiple restaurants while working for a family-owned organization with deep roots in the communities we serve.

About the Role

As our Multi-Unit Restaurant Operations Leader based in Fairport, Monroe County, you'll take strategic ownership of multiple McDonald's restaurants, ensuring consistent operational performance, exceptional customer service, and strong financial results. Leading a talented workforce across our network of restaurants in Monroe, Ontario, Seneca, and Yates counties, you'll set the standard for quality, cleanliness, and efficiency while mentoring restaurant management teams and driving your region's success.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring adherence to McDonald's brand standards and company policies
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability, control costs, and optimize staffing across your restaurant portfolio
• Lead and mentor General Managers and restaurant management teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Monitor food quality, customer satisfaction, and operational metrics; identify and execute improvement initiatives
• Manage hiring, training, and performance development to build strong, engaged restaurant teams
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all locations
• Collaborate with regional leadership on brand initiatives, promotions, and business planning

Requirements

• Proven experience managing multiple restaurant locations or similar multi-unit retail and service operations
• Strong leadership and people management skills with experience building and developing teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to operations
• Knowledge of profit and loss management, budgeting, and financial oversight
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across all levels
• Flexibility and willingness to travel between locations as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
