What You'll Do

- Collaborate with product, business, and customer teams to deliver actionable economic insights
- Author research reports and thought leadership content on labor economics and employment policy
- Develop methodologies for studying labor market trends and economic indicators relevant to our business
- Mentor team members on research practices and economic analysis
What We're Looking For
- Advanced degree in economics, labor economics, or a quantitative field
- Significant experience conducting economic research or labor market analysis
- Proficiency with statistical analysis, econometric modeling, and large datasets
- Deep knowledge of labor economics, employment trends, and compensation structures
- Strong ability to communicate complex economic analysis to diverse audiences
- Experience leading research initiatives and working across functional teams
