• Operate cash registers and process payments via cash, card, and digital methods
• Scan items accurately and efficiently to complete customer transactions
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service at checkout
• Bag merchandise carefully to protect products and ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy
• Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and register station
• Support the team during busy periods and peak shopping times
